1 fresh pizza dough
1 Tbsp cornmeal
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 pound rinsed baby leaf spinach
2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 package of Bilinski's Spinach & Garlic Chicken Sausage, sliced
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Sprinkle cornmeal over a round 13 inch baking sheet. Stretch pizza dough across baking sheet to cover. In a skillet, cook spinach and garlic with olive oil over medium heat until spinach is soft, about 5 minutes. Spread spinach over dough. Sprinkle Romano and mozzarella cheeses on top of spinach. Top with sliced chicken sausage and bake for approximately 15 minutes until dough is cooked through and golden. Enjoy!
