• Bilinski's Chicken Chili Breakfast Burrito
 
  • 4 eggs and 4 egg whites
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas, burrito size
  • 1 cup Bilinski's Chicken Chili
  • 1/3 cup Monteray Jack cheese, shreadded
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avacado, sliced
  • Hot sauce (use desired amount according to desired heat)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Whisk togehter the eggs and egg whites then stir in the cheese.  Spray a skillet with cooking spray, scramble the eggs over medium-low heat until cooked through (about 3 minutes), adding in chili at the end.
  • Spread about 1 Tbsp of sour cream and salsa on each tortilla, top with 1/4 of scrambled eggs.  Top with avacado, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.   
  • Roll up burrito-style and serve. Enjoy!
