- 4 eggs and 4 egg whites
- 4 whole wheat tortillas, burrito size
- 1 cup Bilinski's Chicken Chili
- 1/3 cup Monteray Jack cheese, shreadded
- Cooking Spray
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avacado, sliced
- Hot sauce (use desired amount according to desired heat)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Whisk togehter the eggs and egg whites then stir in the cheese. Spray a skillet with cooking spray, scramble the eggs over medium-low heat until cooked through (about 3 minutes), adding in chili at the end.
- Spread about 1 Tbsp of sour cream and salsa on each tortilla, top with 1/4 of scrambled eggs. Top with avacado, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up burrito-style and serve. Enjoy!
