4 links of Bilinski's Organic Tandoori chicken sausage, sliced lengthwise
6 cups chopped romanie lettuce
1 cup sliced radishes
1 large cucumber, sliced
3 scallions, minced
1 cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Combine lettuce, radishes, cucumber, scallions and cilantro in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice with salt and pepper.
Warm the sliced chicken sausage in a skillet. Place the chicken in the salad top with lemon juice mixture and toss to combine. Enjoy!
