4 links of Bilinski's Apricot & Rosemary chicken sausage
3 pears, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
6 cups arugula, rinsed
2 oz soft blue cheese, broken into piecies
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Slice and warm chicken sausage. Toss together pears, arugula, walnuts and balsamic vinegar. Top with warmed chicken sausage and blue cheese. Enjoy!
