4 links of Bilinski's Basics 'Garlic' chicken sausage, warmed and sliced diagonally
8 cups romaine lettuce
croutons (recipe follows)
low-fat ceasar dressing
parmesan cheese
Croutons:
1/2 loaf Italian bread
olive oil
spices (garlic, onion, oregano, pepper, etc)
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Slice bread into 1/2 inch cubes, place cubes on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle olive oil over cubes, turning to coat. Sprinkle on spices. Cook until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes, turning ever couple minutes)
Wash, dry and chop romaine lettuce. Place in a large bowl toss with dressing and croutons. Place salad on 4 plate, top with sliced chicken sausage and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
