3 links of Bilinski's Pesto Romano chicken sausage
1 lb spinach pasta
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
sea salt & pepper to taste
3 Tbsp grated parmesan or romano cheese
Boil salted water, adding pasta when water reaches a continuous boil, cook pasta until al dente
Heat oli in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Sautee garlic and onion until translucent and slightly browned.
Add crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Slice chicken sausage and add to the sauce.
Drain pasta and top with pasta sauce. Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
