1 Package of Bilinski's chicken sausage cut lengthwise into quarters
3 Packages chopped frozen spinach
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Minced garlic
1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tsp Dried dill
2 Tomatoes
1/2 lb Low fat feta cheese
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
3 Eggs
1 Stick butter, melted
8 Layers filo dough
Heat oven to 350 F
In fry pan, add the oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the dill, parsley, spinach, eggs, and all cheese. Mix.
Brush the bottom of large oven pan with 1/2 of the butter
Put 4 layers of filo dough in pan
Add spinach mixture.
Layer chicken sausage on top.
Layer sliced tomatoes next, saving a couple slices to garnish top.
Top with 4 filo dough.
Spread remaining butter on filo dough to keep it moist
Garnish with tomatoes
Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
