2 Packages of Bilinski Chicken Sausage
2 Thin crust refrigerated pizza dough
1-8 oz package mozzarella cheese
1 Small jar of pasta sauce
Spray or grease a cookie sheet
Lightly flour surface and roll out dough.
Cut dough into 4 inch circles
Spread a spoonful of pasta sauce on the dough
Put chicken sausage in food processer and grind
Spoon a tablespoon of the chicken sausage in the middle of the dough
Press with a spoon to spread the chicken sausage out
Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese
Fold in half and pinch the edges closed
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
*Freeze any leftovers, to reheat place in microwave for 25 seconds to heat up.
