1 package of Bilinski's chicken sausage
1 box rotini pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 - 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp basil
Sea salt & black pepper
3 tbsp grated parmesan
- Chop the onions and mince the garlic
- Heat oil in medium saucepan to medium-high
- Saute onions and garlic until translucent and slightly browned
- Add crushed tomatoes and bring to simmer
- Slice chicken sausage and add to sauce
- Sprinkle in basil and salt and pepper to taste
- While sauce is simmering, boil salted water
- Add pasta to water and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes)
- Drain pasta and spoon Bilinski's chicken sausage over the top
- If desired, garnish with parmesan. Enjoy!
