1 package of Bilinski's chicken sausage
2 cups mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup powdered biscuit mix
2 large eggs
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spray 9-inch glass pie dish with cooking spray.
- Cut Bilinski's chicken sausage into pieces and spread evenly in pie plate.
- Drain excess water from thawed vegetables and add on top of sausage
- In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended
- Pour over top of sausage & vegetables
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Let stand for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
