1 package of your favorite Bilinski's chicken sausage
3 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup fresh parsley
6 scallions
1/2 cup quick-cook barley
32 oz. natural chicken broth
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Sea salt & black pepper
Chop chicken sausage and all vegetables & herbs
Boil chicken sausage with chicken broth and 1 quart of water for 5 minutes
Add quick-cook barley
Add spinach, scallions, and parsley
Simmer for an additional 5 minutes
Season with parmesan cheese, sea salt, and black pepper...then serve. Enjoy!
