1 package of Bilinski's chicken sausage
1 loaf sourdough bread
Fresh basil, 10 leaves
1 Roasted red peppers
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
Sea salt & black pepper
Slice sausages lengthwise into flat strips
Cut red peppers into strips and mozzarella into slices
Slice bread and brush one side of each slice lightly with olive oil
Place half the bread slices oil side down on a grill or large heavy pan
Layer chicken sausage, roasted red peppers, 2 leaves of fresh basil, and a slice of mozzarella on each
Sprinkle on minced fresh garlic, sea salt & pepper
Top Panini with another slice of bread, oil side up
Press firmly on top of each Panini with a heavy object
Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side or until bread is toasted
Remove from heat, slice in half and enjoy!
