1 lb. Of your favorite flavor of Bilinski's Chicken Sausage, sliced
2 1/2 cups of rice
3/4 cup low-salt chicken broth
1 Tbsp. corn starch
2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
1 cup large diced yellow peppers
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 can whole baby corn, drained
Cook rice as directed on package, cover & set aside. Combine Chicken broth, corn starch, soy sauce, sugar and pepper in a small bowl. Stir with a wire wisk until well blended. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add chicken sausage, carrots, peppers & onions; stir fry 3 minutes, add snow peas & corn; stir fry 3 minutes. Add broth mixture; stir fry 1 minute or until thick & bubbly. Pour over cooked rice. Enjoy!
