3 cloves garlic
3 small Spanish onions
2 stalks celery
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 package of Bilinski Sausage Spinach & Garlic- sliced in 1 inch chunks.
6 white potatoes – peeled and chunked
6 large carrots- peeled and sliced
1 12 oz can diced tomatoes
1 package frozen peas
1 package frozen corn
Chop garlic, onions, and celery, and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Move sautéed vegetables to a large stock pot and add chicken sausage. Cook together on low heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes carrots and tomatoes. Fill pot with water until vegetables are covered. Simmer until all vegetables are soft. Add frozen vegetables and simmer until hot. Enjoy!
