Sweet Apple
Chicken and Apple make the perfect sweet/savory combination! We spice this variety up with ground ginger and black pepper. It's perfect grilled and served with mashed potatoes, or next to eggs and waffles for breakfast.
Ingredients: Organic skinless chicken, organic apple juice concentrate, organic dried apples, sea salt, organic ginger, organic black pepper, organic onions.
Try our sweet apple in this tasty salad!
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Whisk the above together and set aside.
- 6 cups spinach
- 3/4 cups pomegranate seeds
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup low-fat feta cheese
- 1 package Bilinski's Sweet Apple, warmed and sliced
Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl, drizzle dressing on top. Serve and enjoy!
