What's the difference between regular "all natural" products, and Bilinski's All Natural products?
The USDA allows products to be labeled "all natural" if they are "minimally processed" and "contain no artificial ingredients or preservatives". We meet that basic definition, but then go much further. Our products are not just all natural. They are made from meat that has been raised without antibiotics and growth hormones, and fed a 100% vegetarian diet.
Why do you say "skinless chicken" on your chicken sausage ingredients?
The USDA allows products to be labeled "chicken" that contain up to 20% chicken skins! We don't use any chicken skins in our sausages, just lean, whole muscle boneless, skinless chicken leg or thigh meat. That means that our sausages are very low in fat.
What kind of casings do Bilinski's sausages have?
Bilinski's chicken sausages have NO CASING, so there is no pork casing to remove. Our Pork & Beef and All Beef Franks also have NO CASING.
Our all pork Hickory Smoked Kielbasa, is stuffed into a natural pork casing to give it a traditional old world taste and bite.
Can I freeze Bilinski's sausages?
Yes! You can freeze our sausages for up to six months and they will still be fresh and flavorful when you are ready to serve them. For best results, move the sausages from the freezer to the refrigerator to thaw a day before you are ready to use them.
Are Bilinski's products gluten-free?
Yes! Our products are all gluten-free, and wheat-free.
